Oh and some people said this slight bio helps so I'll post it too:
Kall, A chemically engineered bounty hunter. He has a “propeller/fan eye” and spotlight mouth (when open) that also glows to indicate the bioengineering. He uses the mist that seeps from him as a portal to attack through (swinging his weapon through it, or actually using the mist as “whip-like attacks”).
He was originally designed as a “ink creature” that seeped ink, which then dissolved into a mist substance, but I don’t think that is easily conveyed in art. His weapon also is made out of mist, but is solidified when combined with blood. It can take many forms, but mainly the one in the pictures.
